Poly-floral honey, the bees collect nectar from any nectar sources available, as a rule, it often referred to as “Wildflower” honey.

So the Poly-floral honey is usually divided into White honey, Extra Light Amber honey and Light Amber honey
It is graded by color and not variety. White honey is usually sweeter and more delicate than Extra Light Amber honey and Light Amber honey.
